Happy Friday, lovelies! Today, I’m sharing all about our girls night at Hotel Alessandra with our girls Jess and Tayler! It’s lots of laughs and fun when we’re all together and when you throw in a beautiful hotel, we are four happy girlfriends! We received a ton of questions on this gorgeous Downton hotel, so we are sharing every detail of our little staycation!
As soon as you walk in to Hotel Alessandra, you’re greeted with a grand marble staircase that leads to the lobby. The aesthetic of the hotel is mid-century modern and they nailed it with the gold hardware and velvet green furniture. So chic and sophisticated. The staff at the hotel aims to please and we were so impressed by their professionalism and hospitality. We felt right at how with their friendly nature and how accommodating they were.
Our room was beyond our expectations. Plushy bed, plenty of room for our 10 suitcases (we don’t pack light!) and sleek bathroom completely blew us away!
After we got settled in to our room, we were ready for some cocktails and lunch. Three miles away, there is a new restaurant tucked in to Montrose. It’s called Emmaline and you will want to dine here every week. It’s like you’ve stepped foot in to a European garden and it’s absolutely divine. You must get the cheese fondue, our favorite thing we had the entire staycation. Can we just fancy brunch every day of the week? And preferably at Emmaline.
We returned to the hotel after lunch and did a little exploring. They have a full gym, rooftop pool, several restaurants, stunning bar, and spa. When staying at the hotel, you have everything you could possibly need!

Before dinner at praised restaurant, Lucienne, we enjoyed a glass of wine at the Bardot Bar and Lounge. Brigitte Bardot has always been one of muses and I absolutely need the print that hangs in the middle of the bar. So gorgeous. The evening was so enjoyed, we had the best time tasting the menu and spending time with my favorite girls. I wore this top and it was perfect for girls night.

Our staycation at Hotel Alessandra was one we won’t forget! We highly recommend staying at this hotel next time your visiting from out of town or need a little staycation!

- El Big Bag – the BEST margaritas ever!!!!! Get the cilantro blueberry. You’re welcome.
- Hearsay Gas Lounge – really chic restaurant and they have a great menu.
- Pastry Wars – I absolutely love their micheladas and they have a wonderful cocktail list
- Tongue Cut Sparrow – a speak easy bar located above Pastry Wars. It’s the best kept secret of Houston but you will need to make reservations.
- The Honeymoon Cafe – cutest place for brunch.
