Happy Monday, friends! We’re back from Laguna Beach/Los Angeles with happy hearts and sweet memories made just in time for Easter weekend! All this week we will be sharing all of the details about the trip so get ready for several posts!
How was your Easter? H spent the day with our mom, Lily, Jake and his family – Lily actually new what to do when it came time to hunt for eggs! H had been practicing with her all week and she was just precious running around the yard with her basket. My grandparents and I (K) went up to Paul’s lake house to spend the weekend with his family. His family is always so kind to me and it made my heart so happy to be able to share the day with them and my grandparents in the same place. Such a blessed weekend from Houston to Dallas!
I have to brag about our gorgeous hotel we stayed at in Los Angeles, The Kimpton Everly Hotel. We had a view of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory from our room, complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings, rooftop pool, and excellent customer service. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had and we will definitely be back!
