Happy Friday, loves! I hope you had a wonderful week and have an even better weekend planned ahead! It rained just about everyday here in Houston but the sun is out and that puts a big smile on my face! Headed to hot yoga here in a bit and then Hailey and I are having a little shopping day! The best way to spend a Friday! I missed last week’s Current Favorites post, had a crazy week as I’m sure most of you noticed! So, I pinky I won’t miss another as my life is back in order! 🙂
I bought my first piece of art last week from Jenn Thatcher! She’s an artist out of Dallas and I’ve loved her work ever since I started to follow Katey McFarlan of Chronicles of Frivolity! She has a beautiful eye for color, I’m drawn to her softness and feminine syle. I’ll be posting what I bought on Instagram next week! It’s so gorgeous!

This has been my favorite nude lipstick for the past year! I never leave the house without it! It’s an absolute perfect nude lipstick that won’t was you out if you are fair!
Kate Spade Liquid Glitter Phone Case
My girlfriend Candice of Lots of Lovely has the cutest phone case from Kate Spade! I can never decide on a phone case {because it’s such a hard decision} and I am obsessed with the liquid glitter on this one! I have a feeling this is going to be one more distraction of mine!
Thompson Ferrier Pineapple Candle
I have a thing for pretty candles, I almost don’t even care what they smell like! I’m finishing up the last touches to my apartment and I feel like this will go well with all of my metallic metals that I have going on!
Sole Society Mason Travel Duffel
I have several trips coming up and I never go anywhere without this bag. I love that I can separate my shoes in the bottom compartment and it’s a perfect carry-on size! It comes in camel, black, and indigo so you can match it to your pre-existing luggage!
How fun are these earrings?! I’m planning out my outfits for NYFW, I’m lacking color in a major way because just about everything is black! I just ordered these to add a little “party” to my black coat and OTK boots! I’ve also had a thing for rose gold so these fit the bill!
Hunter Original Gloss Rain Boots
It’s been flooding all through Houston this week so I’ve been living in my Hunters. I remember being little and absolutely hating rain boots. They used to not be this cute! If you’ve been thinking about purchasing a pair, it’s a great splurge that you’ll get a ton of use out of it. It’s one of those things that you wish you had when you need it.
I can’t wait to wear this at NYFW! It’s my first cape purchase and it’ll be a perfect layering piece. It also comes in several colors, but I decided on the ivory!
If I don’t write it down, I don’t remember it! A new planner was a must for 2017 and I always go for a gorgeous floral print from Rifle Paper Co.. I really like how there’s weekly and monthly sections so I can write descriptions and little notes.
